What is the Team Global Express Reporting Hotline?
The Team Global Express Reporting Hotline is an independent and confidential service available for employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report Security Incidents, Gifts, Hospitality and Entertainment Declarations, and Conflict of Interest Declarations.
What can be reported?
Through the Team Global Express Reporting Hotline, you can make declarations or report:
- Security Incidents
- Gifts, Hospitality and Entertainment Declarations
- Conflict of Interest Declarations.
These declarations include any actual or suspected activity that falls under the scope of our Code of Conduct, policies and standards, including breaches of legal or regulatory obligations, or misconduct that may result in a significant or serious risk to public health, safety or the environment, or to the stability of the financial system. It is also possible to report any improper state of affairs or circumstances in relation to Team Global Express.
How do I make a report?
Disclosers are encouraged to disclose any Security Incidents, Gifts, Hospitality and Entertainment Declarations, or Conflict of Interest Declarations to Stopline, an independent service provider engaged to manage the receipt, recording and reporting of such disclosures. Disclosures may also be made in accordance with Team Global Express’ reporting policies and procedures.

Do I have to give my name?
You are not required to give your name. Disclosures can be made anonymously or on a confidential basis. If you choose to remain anonymous, Stopline will issue a confidential reference and password should you wish to seek the status of your disclosure at some later date.
You are encouraged to consent to disclosing your identity as this will assist in a more effective investigation of the matter. If you consent to the disclosure of your identity, this information will be provided to a legal practitioner at Team Global Express and Team Global Express will take steps to protect your identity and to protect you from detriment.
If I make a complaint regarding suspected misconduct, how will I be protected?
Team Global Express will take steps to protect you, including by:
- protecting your identity as required;
- not tolerating reprisals, discrimination, harassment, intimidation or victimisation; and
- providing training to Eligible Recipients to help manage disclosures appropriately.
How does Stopline work?
Stopline enables employees, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to make reports via telephone, email, internet or mail, to an independent organisation with trained staff who will receive your concerns confidentially (anonymously if you wish) and provide the confidential information to a legal practitioner at Team Global Express. The Team Global Express reporting program then necessitates procedural requirements dealing with and finalising the outcome of the disclosure.

At what time can I contact Stopline?
You can call contact Stopline on 1300 30 45 50 (in Australia) or 0800 42 50 08 (in New Zealand) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A Stopline investigator will answer your call during business hours (0800 – 1800 Mon – Fri AEST). Any messages left with our overnight team will be responded to within one working day. You can also send your disclosure via the internet (this website), email, or mail.
Will I be kept informed about the result of making a report?
Yes. Where possible, you will be kept advised about of the status of the report, decisions made regarding how the matter is to be handled, timeframes that apply and the result of any investigation and action taken as that information is communicated with Stopline. If you choose to remain anonymous, you will be issued with a confidential reference and password and must initiate contact through one of the methods outlined on the home page to receive feedback.
